I understand that adapting to new fitness habits can be difficult. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
My name is Andrea Tillman. I am a mother of two active wonderful sons. My love for fitness and sports led me to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and currently working on my Personal Training and Nutrition Certifications.
Over the past ten years I have developed my skills, and I am ready to apply my experience to help you show up for yourself!
Andrea T. Fitness was originated in April of 2020. My goal is to bring awareness to the importance of practicing a healthier lifestyle through M.E.S. (motivational exercise sessions). As a busy mother of two, I can empathize how eating healthy and consistent workouts can become overwhelming. Andrea T. Fitness will provide the emotional and physical support that is needed to keep you activated.
At Andrea T. Fitness we understand that each client has an array of expectations regarding fitness, which is why our personalized program is individually and specifically designed for your personal fitness goals. Our group sessions are always a great way to workout with other clients
who share the same goal. In efforts to keep you activated I will arm you with pertinent fitness information to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Persistence and accountability will be vital in your fitness journey. I offer personal and group online sessions. Selected group sessions are in person.
